Alpha Foods plant-based protein powders "Vegan Protein" contain a high-quality blend of different protein sources such as sunflower seeds and rice. The combination of different plant proteins brings a broad spectrum of amino acids for a complete protein with high bioavailability. Before processing, the raw materials seeds and pulses are germinated. This natural germination process is time-consuming - but this point also distinguishes our vegan protein powder from many others: The anti-nutrients lectin and phytic acid, which occur naturally in many plants, are split by the germination process and reduced to a minimum - which improves the digestibility of the proteins. Unlike other manufacturers, we use neither sugar nor artificial additives in our protein powders. Our promise is the same as ever: our products should create added value for people and the planet - and we ourselves want to be able to enjoy them with the best conscience.

We do not use any added sugar in our protein bars. The smallest amounts of added sugar (e.g. 0.3 g sugar per bar in the Double Chocolate Brownie variety) are all natural sugars found in the protein sources or cocoa beans.

Alpha Foods protein bars are the result of over a year of development work in our test kitchen. In contrast to conventional vegan protein bars, they are juicy and not dry, and in terms of texture they are most comparable to a chocolate brownie.

Each box contains 15 vegan protein bars, each wrapped in individually coated and protective foil.
