Yes, Alpha Foods bitter drops are vegan and consist solely of herbs distilled with alcohol.
Are Alpha Foods bitter drops alcohol-free?
Our bitter drops consist solely of herbs distilled with alcohol. We often work with a modern water extraction process - but water- and (!) fat-soluble active secondary and bitter substances can only be processed in water, which is why these drops are deliberately not alcohol-free.
When is the best time to take bitter drops?
We recommend taking the bitter drops in the evening directly after the last meal as well as after particularly hearty meals - i.e. meals rich in fat and/or sugar.
