SWEET & SALTY: CHOCOLATE PRETZEL PROTEIN SNACKS
Sweet and salty - like the combination of pretzels and chocolate - is a real feast for the palate. Today, Lena shows you how to whip up your own protein bars with absolute addictive potential in no time at all: no refined sugars, fresh natural foods and about 13g of vegan protein per serving.
Preparation
First put the dates, pretzels, almond flour, cocoa, almond paste, almond milk, chocolate protein powder and maple syrup into a powerful blender and blend until a sticky mixture is formed.
Pour this mixture into a mould and press down firmly.
Then put all the ingredients for the chocolate layer into the blender and blend until creamy. Then pour the chocolate mixture into the mould and top with a few crunchy pretzel pieces. Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes and then .... bite into it 💪
