THE PERFECT VEGAN BREAKFAST: OVERNIGHT OATS

We love Morning Fuel not only for its velvety vanilla-matcha flavour, but more importantly for its extensive and complete nutritional profile - both macros and micronutrients.

Each scoop of powder contains low-glycaemic slow carbs from sweet potato, oats and quinoa, high-quality vegetable fats from coconut and flaxseed, and vegan protein from pea sprouts. Morning Fuel is a delicious and satisfying breakfast shake simply mixed with water or plant-based milk (we especially like oat milk). But, as in this case, it can also be part of a more elaborate breakfast.

 

 

Preparation

In a bowl or glass, mix the rolled oats with chia seeds, Morning Fuel and cinnamon. Add the maple syrup and oat milk and mix well.

Refrigerate the oatmeal mixture overnight and enjoy the next morning with some chilled oat milk, almonds and peanut butter.
