TROPICALLY DELICIOUS: COCONUT PROTEIN COOKIES
Many protein powders contain artificial sweeteners that must not be heated - such as acesulfame-K. The natural vegetable sweetness of Alpha Foods proteins is therefore not only physiologically more compatible: the powders are therefore one of the few options for baking sophisticated fitness recipes in the first place. For example, how about these super crispy cookies without a guilty conscience for your figure: this means that snacking is expressly permitted even in the outdoor swimming pool season 😃💪

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, top and bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a blender, finely mix the coconut flakes and sunflower seeds. Pour them into a bowl and mix with the coconut protein powder, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add the maple syrup, coconut oil and water and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Finely chop the chocolate and stir into the dough.
Form 1 tablespoon of dough at a time into a round ball and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool completely.
