Blueberry-Vanilla Protein Smoothie
You can also easily turn a fruity protein smoothie into an even more nutrient-rich snack with healthy fats from the avocado and juicy greens. The avocado gives the smoothie a creamy texture and is masked by the sweetness of blueberries and banana - the same goes for the spinach, which gives this smoothie an extra dose of vitamins, fibre and minerals as well as a refreshing colour.
Vegan Protein with Vanilla Flavour is particularly versatile and can be used for most smoothie recipes. It helps you to feel full longer and has a particularly high-quality amino acid profile thanks to the combination of various germinated seeds and pulses: for digestible protein that can be absorbed particularly well by the cells.
Preparation
Put the banana, avocado, spinach, frozen blueberries, oat milk and ice cubes in a blender with the vanilla protein powder and blend until you have a creamy smoothie. Then pour the smoothie into glasses and top with fresh blueberries, vegetable yoghurt and fresh mint. The result is a delicious, fruity protein shake with an extra dose of healthy fats.

- 1 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 150 ml oat milk
- 1 scoop Vegan Protein Vanilla
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp (vegetable) yoghurt
