Protein pancakes are a popular alternative to conventional pancakes because they’re particularly high in protein while also satisfying your sweet tooth. The fluffy banana-cocoa pancakes are perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack between meals.
Preparation
First peel the banana and put it in a blender with the Vegan Muscle Protein Chocolate. Blend several times until the mixture becomes a fine dough.
Now heat a pan with oil and fry 2 tablespoons of batter on both sides until golden brown. Repeat a few times until all the batter has been used up. The pancakes are best enjoyed with fresh fruit and a little maple syrup. A wonderfully chocolaty taste experience!
