OVEN BAKED COOKIE-DOUGH PROTEIN PORRIDGE

Preparation time: 10-12 minutes baking time for 1-2 people
Ingredients
- 60 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 20 g Vegan Protein Cookie Dough (also on Amazon)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 110 ml almond milk
- 40 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dark almond paste
Preparation
Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat. Grease a baking dish with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and set aside. In a bowl, add the rolled oats, flaxseed, applesauce, maple syrup, Vegan Protein Cookie Dough, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Stir in the almond milk and mix in the chocolate at the end. Pour the porridge into the baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Then - if you like - enjoy with almond puree and a little maple syrup.
