Fruity Protein Recovery Smoothie With Antioxidants
After a workout, it's important to provide your body with the nutrients it needs to regenerate your muscles and recharge with new energy. It's especially easy to do this with a fruity protein smoothie, which provides both high-quality protein and valuable antioxidants for our muscles.

For this recovery smoothie, we have deliberately combined Vegan Muscle Protein (Vanilla or Tropical Flavour) and Vegan Muscle Recovery Berry Burst. Vegan Muscle Protein contains high quality plant protein as well as additional BCAAs and creatine, ideal for muscle building - while Vegan Muscle Recovery Berry Burst provides valuable, highly concentrated antioxidants from ginger, acerola and pomegranate and essential B vitamins for recovery and reducing fatigue.
The sporty added value of these ingredients is complemented in our exotic fruity Recovery Smoothie recipe with a combination of pineapple, mango and coconut flakes as well as a berry layer: a taste experience that is good for body and soul - just what you need after a strenuous workout. 🤩
Preparation
Place the mango and pineapple, coconut flakes and Vegan Muscle Protein powder of your choice in a blender with the oat milk and blend until creamy.
Tip: If you want to add a hint of vanilla to the fruity shake, Vegan Muscle Protein Vanilla works well - if you want to go for the full pineapple-coconut flavour, we recommend using Vegan Muscle Protein Tropical.
After blending, pour the smoothie into glasses and fill them halfway.
Next, prepare the berry recovery layer: put the strawberries, pomegranate seeds and the sachet of Vegan Muscle Recovery Berry Burst in the blender and blend.
